Problem: The existing deck membrane had reached the end of its life span and was beginning to fail. And the existing builder grade railing was poor quality and was at the end of it life span as well.

Solution: Deck membrane replacement using TufDek 60mil vinyl product. Supply and install of new deck railing around the entire building. We also address poor sloping that was installed by the original contractor, replaced the deck sheathing, addressed all rot issues, replaced the deck fascia and soffit.

Result: New deck membrane and railing for all decks, correct sloping and complete envelope ties in’s. The owners now have safe outdoor space that is visually appealing and protected from the elements.
